*This contract is between the Client and Zeply OÜ, hereinafter referred to as “Zeply”. By creating an account with Zeply via www.zeply.com (“the Website”) or any other mobile applications or API, the Client acknowledges that he or she has read through, understood, and agreed upon the entirety of these Terms of Use (“Terms” or “Terms of Use”), as well as our Privacy Policy and Prohibited Activities. If the Client does not fully agree to these Terms of Use, the Client must not use the Website.
